We are happy to sell wholesale to shops worldwide who would like to resell our products. To view our wholesale prices and place wholesale orders, you need a wholesale account.
Creating a Wholesale Account
If you would like to create a wholesale account, please contact us at email@example.com or through our contact form, and provide the following information:
♥ The e-mail address you would like to use for your account
♥ Your full name
♥ Your business name
♥ Your business shipping address
♥ Your billing address
♥ Address of your physical store (to include on our stockists page)
♥ Your business VAT (tax) registration number (Europe only)
If you have already created an account at Tizzalicious before, I will upgrade it to a wholesale account once I have received the information.
All wholesale orders must be a minimum of €150 for the first order, and €80 for repeat orders. The minimum order amounts for orders in American Dollars are $202.50 (first order) and $112 (repeat order). For British Pounds minimum order amounts are £129 (first order) and £72 (repeat order).
VAT & Taxes
When you are logged in to your wholesale account at Tizzalicious, the prices you will see will reflect the business to business VAT rates for your country. The rates are as following:
Businesses from the Netherlands: 19%
Businesses from Europe with a valid VAT number: 0%
Businesses from outside Europe: 0%'
The invoice for your order will include a detailed VAT specification.
Packaging & Branding
Our wholesale orders come with Tizzalicious packaging (hang tags, earring cards, etc.).
Placing an Order
Once you are logged in to your wholesale account, you will see our wholesale prices, and you can shop like you normally would. The shopping cart will calculate the appropriate shipping and tax rates for you. When you are logged in, the prices on the website are also including the correct tax rates for yout country (19% for orders from the Netherlands, and 0% for orders from all other countries)
On large orders, the shipping amount shown might be higher than the actual rates. If you are in doubt about, or think the shipping rates that are showing are higher than they should be, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact form, so we will recalculate them for you before you place your order.
If you get a message saying there isn't enough stock of a certain product you would like to order, feel free to contact us and request more. We can often make more, or order the supplies we need to do so.
Payments should be received within 10 days after the order is placed. We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, Dutch banks transfers, iDeal, MisterCash/Bancontact, Directebanking, Sofortüberweisung and European bank transfers.
Credit card payments are processed by paypal.
Once we have received your payment, we will start processing your order. Please keep in mind that Tizzalicious goodies are handmade, so it can take up to a week before your order is ready to ship.
Your order will be shipped after we have finished making your products, and your payment has been received.
Wholesale orders are usually shipped in a cardboard shipping box, with plenty of bubblewrap to make sure that your will arrive safely.
International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
Wholesale orders are not refundable and cannot be returned.
If you like any of our items, but think that your customers would prefer it to look slightly different, please let us know. We are also happy to make custom products for you.
Small changes like a longer or different type of chain are free of charge and can be requested through the Special Wishes field during checkout.
