- Payments
- We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, Dutch banks transfers, iDeal, MisterCash/Bancontact, Directebanking, Sofortüberweisung and European bank transfers.
- Payments should be received within 10 days.
- You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.
- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer. We ship within 4 business days. You will received a shipment notice once your order has been shipped.
- Wholesale orders usually ship in a box. Please keep in mind that wholesale orders take longer to process.
- International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
- Unfortunately we can't mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days, in unused perfect condition. I can give you a full refund or you can exchange your purchase for another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Items that are not eligible for a refund are:

- Tizzalicious Gift Certificates can only be used on Tizzalicious.com. Gift Certificates for Tizzalicious at Etsy and DaWanda are not available.
- Tizzalicious Gift Certificates are vailid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable, and can not be exchanged for money. However, in the (unlikely) case that the shop will close permanently, the gift certificate holder will of course be offered a full refund.
- Safety
- Due to small parts, some of our products are not suitable for children under the age of 13.
- Tizzalicious is not resposible for any accidents that might happen while using or wearing our products.
