- What kind of payments do you accept?
- We accept Paypal, all major credit cards, Dutch banks transfers, iDeal, MisterCash/Bancontact, Directebanking, Sofortüberweisung and European bank transfers.
- Do you accept credit cards?
- We do! We use paypal to process credit card payments. You do not need to have a paypal account for this.
- Where do I enter my credit card information?
- Where do I find my CVV number, card number, expiry date, etc?
- Some payment method ask for specific credit card information, like your card number, CVV code, expiry date, etc. Please refer to the following image if you have trouble locating the information.

- Yes, we do.
- I am from Holland, can I pay by bank transfer?
- Dutch customers can transfer money to our account manually, or pay instantly by using iDeal. You will find our bank details on the checkout page, and in your order confirmation if you chose to pay by bank transfer.
- I am from Europe, can I pay by bank transfer?
- Yes, we accept European bank transfers that are made using our IBAN & SWIFT (BIC) code. If you are from a EURO country, when using these codes no fees should be involved. If you make your payment another way or you are from a country that does not have the EURO, and your bank charges you fees, these are to be paid by you, we are not responsible for them.
- You will find our bank details on the checkout page, and in your order confirmation if you chose to pay by bank transfer.
- Is your site secure?
- Yes, our cart and payment gateways are all on secure servers. Your information will not be shared.
- Do you ship to my country?
- Yes, we ship everywhere.
- How much will shipping cost?
- Shipping rates are based on actual postage & packaging rates. You can calculate the shipping in the shopping cart by selecting your country and filling out your postal code. You will also be able to see the total amount including shipping on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
- How do I make use of the free shipping option?
- When placing an order over €25 you will be able to choose the shipping option "Free Shipping". The minimum amount for free shipping when shopping in American Dollars (USD) is $35. For British Pounds (GBP) the minimum is £22.50. Please note that wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- Does the free shipping option include tracking & insurance?
- Orders with free shipping will be shipped by priority mail, and will NOT have tracking information or insurance. If you would like to have your order shipped with tracking information and insurance, please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.
- How often do you ship?
- We go to the post office at least twice a week, so your order will always be shipped within 4 days.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- After your item has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 4 days for items to arrive within Europe. Items to the rest of the world usually take approximately 7 to 10 days.
- I haven't received my order, what should I do?
- If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@tizzalicious.com, so we can find a solution.
- Could you mark my order as a gift or for lower value to avoid custom fees?
- I'm sorry, this is illegal and we could get in big trouble for it. So we can't do this.
- Do you take custom orders?
- We do! Just let us know exactly what you want by e-mailing us at info@tizzalicious.com, and we will tell what we can do and how much it would cost. Then you can decide whether you want to place the order or not.
- I like this necklace, but I'd prefer it if it was longer or shorter, can you do that?
- Yes, we can make almost all necklaces longer or shorter, just let us know the desired length in the comments field during checkout.
- Can you gift wrap my order?
- We offer free gift wrapping with every purchase. Please leave a comment when you check out if out would like your item gift wrapped and what occasion the gift is for (we have special gift wrapping for the holidays!). We will then make sure we wrap it appropriately. We can even send your purchase directly to the person who you are buying for if you would like!
- Can I review my order before I make the payment?
- Yes, you will be able to review your cart and make changes to it after you filled out your address and payment information, before the final step of the checkout.
- What is your return policy?
- If you are not happy with your item, you can return it within 14 days, in unused perfect condition. I can give you a full refund or you can exchange your purchase for another item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

- Who is Tizzalicious
- Tizzalicious is a one woman company, started by me in 2007. So who am I? My name is Maartje (or Tizz!), a crafty girl from the Netherlands. I was born in Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1982. I have always loved making jewelry, sewing and other crafts, so when I found out I was not able to have a "normal" job because of chronic migraines, I decided to turn my hobby into a career, and started preparations to open my own shop!

- We're sorry, we can't tell you! If we tell everyone where we buy our supplies, we might aswell close our shop.

- Credit card payments in our shop are processed by Paypal. When you choose the option to pay by creditcard or paypal, you will be redirected to Paypal.
- On the paypal website, you will either see the credit card information form right away, or you will see the form to log into a paypal account. If you see the paypal login form, simply click the link that says "Don't have a paypal account?". You will then be able to enter your credit card information.
